I feel like I’m way behind. I have made less money in my career in the last 3 years and can’t hold a job. Recently went through a divorce, I chose to keep the house and give her half of equity. These numbers are after divorce. The home is in a high profile area that could gain in value and it’s a low interest rate. I think I can scrape money to pay the mortgage.
