I’ve tested this with multiple profiles as well as unplugged the machine for a few minutes but it’s the same result - no pre infusion and the pressure looks like it goes well past 10 bar.
 
This just started this morning, which is odd because firmware 2.3.20 was updated sometime last week.
 
My profile settings are -
Pre infusion : 8 sec, 3 bar, 2.5ml
Infusion : 9 bar
 
I’ve also used a copy of the medium roast and used the standard settings as well as modified to -
Pre infusion : 10 sec, 4 bar, 4.5ml
Infusion : 9 bar
 
Video shows the end of my second shot (it did this on the shot before that one but I didn’t have my phone), as well as a dummy shot for the next shot.
