I recently got an offer for Munich Re,Germany for an actuarial role.
I just wanted to understand what the general salary should be for actuaries in Munich vs that offered by them.
For context, I have around 7 years of experience and I would be relocating from India.
Also, how is the company culture and other benefits offered by them, their leave policy,etc?
Any insights would be really appreciated
I just got an email from the HR that they are offering me a position at their company. However, they have not disclosed the salary and said that they will be discussing that on the call later.
Is this normal? I have no idea about their budget and most roles I habe applied to disclose this in advance.
Also, any tips on negotiating the offer?
I just got an interview invite to prepare a self introduction presentation of 10 mins and I have no clue what they are expecting.
Has anyone had this interview experience ? This is the frist time I'm being asked to prepare a ppt for a job.
