Need some advice

I hope I’m not posting the 10th advice thread this week. I’m 28 I currently work in retail and have the opportunity to go to a community college that offers an emt course and fire academy. I could also go for an associates degree in fire protection technology bc I’ve already completed a good amount of GE’s. Is this route viable? Is the hiring process after fire academy smooth? I know I can’t have everything answered and I can add details if needed I just need advice.

Does anyone on here have good experiences at their store?

Of course people are gonna mostly post their bad experiences on their store on here but I’m always surprised reading other people’s situations with their stl or tl or another tm and how negative it can be. My store, being a 1.5m a week store with a lot of corporate eyes on us, is actually really lax and chill. All leadership is really helpful, the store leadership isn’t harsh or unfair and always seem to be on the team members side. (They’ve saved my ass before and also pushed me toward success in the business) is this a rare experience at Whole Foods?
