Hi I’m really new to this I have only had my hot tub a couple weeks . Went to my local spa shop and they recommended some chemicals including aqua finesse water care and told me to use it once a week . We filled it last week and have used the hot tub pretty much every day have been keeping up on the chemicals etc and then after a week of the water being in I used the aqua finesse water care I was recommended to use . The next day the water was hazy with these white foamy bits as pictured . Over the course of a day the amount of foamy bits dropped to what you see in the second picture but now there is a very thin line of white foam all the way around the edge . What should I do - is this safe to use, we haven’t used it since I put the aqua finesse in around 36 hours ago

Starting these large grey chunks in my filter - not sure what they are any ideas ?

Hi all - we recently purchased a housethat came with hot tub . Hot tub wasn’t in the best condition and was very dirty originally . We have now done four purges and drains and refills as a lot of biofilm and dirty kept coming out . Also had every single jet out cleaned it and returned to where it came from . Just bought a brand new filter and filled it up with filter as water was looking quite clear after the last purge . Turned the jets on and all the stuff has come out . Mainly white long flakes as pictured . Should I purge and drain again ? Or should I shock it now any help appreciated
