I recently saw a 2-bedroom + maid house in Arjan at Curve by Sentro and the apartment was fabulous. The layout was spacious with laundry and a maid's room, plus 3 full bathrooms, including 2 master bathrooms. Size is between 1400-1500 sq ft. My only concern is that I'm not very familiar with the developer, so I'm a bit weary of paying 2.2 million for the apartment.I feel the per sqft for this developer is also bit high compared to known developers. But no one has this hugelayout.

I need some strong reviews of the building or developer, please.
