My lower back feels pretty right when I flex forward. I can't reach my toes as I used to be able to beforehand when I was much younger. Any ways I can loosen up my lower back muscles especially?
Is it still more calculations based or different? What about ethics?

Is this systems based percentage accurate?
I have been able to tutor usually up 8.5-11 hours a week during preclinical years and have been able to do decently class wise (no problem passing, averaging about mid 80s on final exams).
I do like having extra cash on the side and being debt free (use the tutoring money to pay off living expenses). Is this still possible during rotations? I was thinking of cutting down to 5-7.5 hours a week max. That should still probably cover most of my living expenses.

Had a couple buddies suggest using the Mehlman docs. Do y'all recommend? if so, which ones?
