Need help - insects in my plants?

So if you guys just take a look at my houseplants, I have a mint plant and then an orange colored flower (what’s its name I forgot) and a curry leaf plant. All these plants are outdoors and I water them often. The plant receives light throughout the day.

I have lost the rest of my plants due to these insects. Sooner or later I see these white colored webs? Or colonies? I’m not exactly sure. What insects are these? These are very small white colored creatures, with some antennas. About The soil - I got the mud from a local gardening shop. Its a pretty local mud. However I have a local manure which I use sometimes.

Ants I can handle just fine, I have a herbal repellant which I can spray to the plants. But what’s the cure for these? Tips and suggestions are appreciated! I’m a noobie here in plants!
