It’s been 2.5 years, medication made me worse. Avoiding triggers in my diet and trusting my body has helped the most. Digestive enzymes helped, prioritizing sleep and reducing the toxic load on my body helped, but I’m still not healed.
I’m wondering how many people are suffering stuck in fight or flight mode. If there’s one thing I learned it’s you have to trust your body, believe you will get better .. I’m not a doctor.. I don’t know anything, just speaking out of experiences far. Anyone else got things to add? Just feeling like chatting. Thanks

I have issues with any animal fat, milk, acid reflux type triggers and gluten. I can eat certain things like avocado, but only like 1/4 or I can’t breathe
