6 month progress update

Around 3 months ago I posted here asking for advice, so I wanted to see what you guys think now.

Been training consistently for about 6 months total, running a 5x/week ULPPL split + 25mins inclined walking (after training). Main goal has been losing fat while building some muscle naturally.

Diet’s definitely better than when I started and protein intake is higher now, strength is going up a bit and I can see changes, but I still have a decent amount of belly fat, so I’m wondering if my progress from month 3 to month 6 looks normal or if I should be cutting harder.

Should I keep doing a slower recomp or commit to a more aggressive cut?
