I’m into collecting basketball and football cards, but I’m confused about the release schedule. Topps Chrome just got released, but it still has rookies like Dart and others in it. When will there be Topps products that include the newest drafted rookies in their new team jerseys?

Same question for basketball obviously the draft hasn’t happened yet, so I’m trying to understand when those rookie cards actually come out. I’ve looked everywhere but can’t find a clear answer.
