So I just got back from a road trip sa MARILAQUE today and I noticed bawas yung mga motorcycles na nag flying flying. I mean yes andyan pa din yung mga alanganin mag overtake sa kurbada pero generally speaking it has been a peaceful drive. I also noticed that there are noticeably less people dining in the area. I guess expensive fuel + expensive food does not mix well. Additionally, maluwag ang kalye from Sumulong highway to Upper Marikina unlike before na pukpukan ang traffic.

Yun lang observations ko lang kanina.

Hello. So may nababasa ako online regarding sa pag increase ng semen volume. So far ito ang nakikita ko na sure ball na dadami ang tamod:

1. Abstain from jerking off around 4-7 days

2. Eat veggies and exercise

3. Take Zinc supplements (must not exceed the 40mg/day limit)

Yan lang tatlo ang alam ko. Are there any other supplements that will help increase semen volume? Also maybe you can recommend a supplement as well hehe. Thanks!!
