My great grandmother was British and had an upperclass family going back several generations. My mom says her third or fourth great grandfather did trade in Constantinople. We’re thinking it might be from then but we’re not sure. It has authentic copper, the engravings have been done by hand. The last picture is what we believe to be the artist’s seal, though distorted from years of use.
