hello I’m 35 woman

i had breast reduction 2 years ago, April 2024(they did a mammogram and it was birads 2 lymph nodes, and the pathology from tissue taken out was negativ)

now I have so many symproms I don’t know what to do

pain in right breast for a month

when I lay on breast it feels like something in it but I have dense tissue don’t know how to feel for lump

painful lymph nodes on both sides on neck and bellow collarbone

clavicle pain on right side/shoulder pain on right side

and now I squeeze my breast really hard and liquid came out just right side
