For the past 1 month, my lemon tree condition has been getting worse. I brought it back to the plant shop and they advised to change the soil and asked me to water it regularly. However, it’s not getting better. Can anyone help me on this ? 😭😭😭😭😭

I put it outside on my balcony with direct sunlight btw
