The current processing time according to a consul official I spoke to is 22 days. If you want it faster, I would urge you to contact your consulate. When you call them, press 3 for other queries so you can talk to a real consulate person and not a NetherlandsWorldwide representative.

My travel date is the 17th so will be making it just in time.
