Does Adelaide have a termite problem?
Nearly signed the contract on a property in the northern corridor of Adelaide, thankfully got a building & pest report done which came back that it had a very bad termite infestation. Started digging a bit more and it seems termites are a significant issue. Does anyone have any first hand experience with this? My concern is I buy something now with no issues and later down the line I have an expensive problem to fix (insurance won’t cover it)
