Started out on the bigger names but lately I've been feeling like something is always missing, either the fees are too high, the mobile experience is rough, or the risk management tools are basically nonexistent.
What I'm looking for is something that handles futures and spot well, has decent liquidity, proper position sizing tools, and transparent security you can actually verify rather than just trust. Bonus points if it covers TradFi assets like gold or indices alongside crypto without needing a separate account.
Been hearing different names thrown around but curious what people here are actually sticking with long term and why. Drop your recommendations below.
I’m tired of constantly switching between windows just to keep an eye on different timeframes and assets. Is there an exchange that lets me view over a dozen charts on one screen while letting me drag-and-drop my stop-losses directly on the chart, and can it handle multiple different coins as margin for a single trade so I don't have to manage five different wallets at once?
Started with the usual YouTube rabbit holes and Twitter threads but a lot of it is just noise or people trying to sell you something. Looking for the stuff that actually made a difference in how you think about the market.
Talking about anything really, analysis frameworks, risk management approaches, specific newsletters, communities, or even books that changed how you look at trading and investing in this space.
What's the one resource you wish someone had pointed you to earlier?
Started out on the bigger names but lately I've been feeling like I'm either paying too much in fees, dealing with clunky mobile UI, or missing features that actually matter for active trading.
Specifically looking for something that handles futures and spot well, has decent liquidity on altcoin pairs, and doesn't make risk management feel like a manual process.
Bonus points if it has cross asset support since I've been wanting to get some gold and index exposure without opening a separate brokerage account.
What are you guys actually running day to day and why did you stick with it over the alternatives?
If you've been learning about trading stocks and commodities alongside crypto this is actually worth showing up for. Bitunix is running a live quiz on May 1st at 4PM UTC with a 50 USDT futures bonus split between 5 winners.
The hint they dropped is that all the answers are in their TradFi article so it's not a blind test, just read through it beforehand and you're already ahead of most people who show up unprepared.
Only catch is you have to be in the Telegram group on time since questions drop at 4PM sharp and late entries miss out.
Low effort, free money if you know the material. Link to the article and group in the original post.
