My office start time has always been 7:30 A.M and in January of this year the District manager stopped in and saw all the carriers casing their DPS when she came in (Not me I know better lol) and changed the start time to 8 A.M. Apparently grievances were filed and we just changed back to 730am on Saturday, but apparently all the regulars are getting backpay for that time ( even though we changed our return timefrom 4:00pm to 4:30pm) but the CCAs aren’t getting the back pay . I hit two years and turn regular in five months, so do CCAs not get backpay for things like this? Is there anything I can do?
