"What do you mean you can't own a house? You work for Costco! You can afford anything!"

Boomer-ass woman comes in today and asks me to help her load fertilizer, which is perfectly fine, I don't mind that at all.

Then she asks me if this fertilizer is good for trees, and I reply, "I don't know miss, I rent an apartment, so I don't have a lawn to maintain."

"So you don't know if this is good for my trees?"

No, I can't afford a home, so I don't know anything about this."

How are old people so disconnected. Don't they sit around all day and watch the news?

Leaving early without adequate PTO

Handbook Clarification:

If I have 3h left on shift and I have 1.5h PTO, does that count as covering half or would I need the full 3?

Handbook says you need half of your shift, but I'm curious if it's half of your remaining shift or just half. Period.
