I've been in and out of retail for absolute years now working in a few different shops and different companies but throughout the years and shops one person has been ever present and I'm genuinely curious if she's as known as I feel she might be.

She'll buy heaps of reduced things, pay seperately for each one and then as little as hours, even minutes later she'll try to get a refund on said items, bonus points if she continually tries to do this after closing time which is frequent and will refuse to leave if she doesn't get her way.

Every shop, from Mutley to Saltash she's been a known presence in, it surely can't just be me noticing 😅.
