I’m a U.S. green card holder and filed an I-130 for my wife (she’s a UK citizen) in August 2024. At the time, the estimated processing time was around 18 months, but now that estimate has disappeared from my USCIS account.
Since filing, I haven’t received any updates at all—no RFEs, no movement, nothing.
Is anyone else in a similar situation with an I-130 filed in mid/late 2024?
