Hello, I was hoping someone could help me troubleshoot here.

My Surfacebook 3 connects to my monitor through a Hyper dock via the USB-C port and it suddenly started disconnecting/reconnecting continuously when the charger (100W) is plugged in, worked fine for months.

A couple of details I've noticed:

- works fine without the charger plugged in

- restarting didn't help

- applied an update and that didn't help

- cleaned the ports on the surfacebook

- flipped the USB-C cables, no change

- dock + charger work perfectly fine on a MacBook Air (this one surprised me, I thought it was the dock that was the issue)

I appreciate any insight/tips that may help.
