For context, I am a general surgeon, I was quite distracted in my life and ignored the signs, sudden onset diabetes. I only begun to suspect after jaundice, and considering my background in medicine I was very stupid to ignore it, having removed many tumors myself.
I am considering not taking chemotherapy and/or radiation as it could let me live my last months in relative comfort, as opposed to the physical strains of such therapies. Is there anyone else here that has been in this same situation? Did you decide to go with the treatment anyway?
