Foundation Crack Question

Hi, Im interested in a house thats for sale. I noticed some small cracks in two of the basement walls, and I was hoping someone could help me understand how significant it is.

Our market is a sellers market where you usually can't get proper inspections if you really want the house - it's brutal. This house actually already has multiple offers on it and the deadline is today.

Built in the early 2000s. Im also not familiar with the style of foundation. Ive only ever lived in block foundation houses. Is this a normal poured foundation? Are the cracks a big deal? We saw the same hairline cracks on maybe 10-12 of the concrete looking "studs".

Can see the cracks in these pictures - marked with a red star or letter (not sure what the symbol is).

Thanks for any insight.

Increase water pressure to house

Hi, im looking into making an offer on a house that I really like, but the water pressure is pretty poor throughout the house in the faucets, showers, etc.

If you turn on the tub, shower, and faucet at the same time, the pressure drops further.

It seems like the pressure in the basement at the laundry sink faucet is better than the upstairs fixtures, but it's still not amazing.

The house sits about 300 feet back from the road, and its a slight downhill slope to the house from the road.

The house has city water, has a septic system, was built in the early 2000s, and has pretty healthy looking copper plumbing from what I can tell. I added a few pictures of what I could see today here:

I guess my question is whether or not this is something that could reliably be fixed in most homes? I called around to plumbers in my area, but they wouldnt help me much since I'm not the homeowner.

Any insight is helpful, thanks!
