Do you have weeks where they seem somewhat bearable and blend into the background, and other weeks where they are hellish and highly visible no matter the situation? Just curious because that's how mine seem to act. I suspect that something like diet or a certain exercise is making my brain extra alert to their presence. I just have no idea on what it could be.

Note: My floaters never change size or vanish completely -- they aren't melting away or moving to a new part of the eye during the good weeks. I can squint and locate every single floater I have, and it will be 100% the same size/structure as it's been for years. It will simply be less imposing in day to day life for whatever reason.
