Working in R&D , want exposure to real clinical environment.

After graduation in BME in 2023, I jumped into the industry. Have been working with a wearable startup as an algorithm engineer.

I had a little exposure to the hospital environment. I believe, in order to find the problems or the gaps in a real clinical environment it is necessary.

I'm thinking of joining a hospital as an intern alongside my job. Should I do it? Or are there other better ways?

Please guide.
