I keep noticing that everyone shipping on lovable either ends up on stripe/revenuecat/dodo for subscriptions, or slaps on adsense and watches their UI turn into a 2008 wordpress blog.

Is there no ad network that actually looks like part of your app, with native ad units that match your app's design, dismissable + better paying than adsense for small/medium traffic?

If you've shipped a lovable app and put adsense on it - was it worth it, or did you regret it?
