Hello again! As expected, I have returned. I’m still having trouble with my automatic 2000 porsche boxster 986. I finally got it to where it was driving fine while bleeding the air from the coolant tank (I have drained and refilled the atf a few times, replaced the transmission filter, gasket, and have drained and filled the coolant as well as a broken quick connect for the coolant line near the top), then while at slow speed it all of the sudden shut off. Started back up and drove home fine (1-2 minutes), and I parked in the driveway. When I went to back it into my garage a little later, it would rev but not move at all. This is including in drive, reverse, and other gears In sequential. Re-staring didn’t fix it. After pushing it into garage, there was a pool of liquid where the car was sitting at in the driveway. The liquid leaked roughly from the back-mid area and a tiny bit right from center of the car roughly where the right muffler has some cables connecting to it. I have attached photos. When the liquid leaked it was dark out and I was too tired to even think about looking at the liquid to see what it was, so I just cleaned it up without checking, so I am sadly unsure of what the liquid was, although my guess is transmission fluid. I could not figure anything out after looking from underneath as well as from the top through the area that the top sits. Any ideas? I’m at the point where if I cannot figure this out soon, I may just bring it to a mechanic and hope I have the money to fix it. Cheers, and thanks for any help!
