Hi all,

When using a specific text field in netsuite and displaying it as a result, the filter option of this field expects the exact match. For example the result is 135780, it will only bring back the result if the filter is applied as 135780. Is there a way to use perhaps a formula as a filter to accept 5780 and still bring back the result? I can in the results use a text formula to remove all the first two digits from a field value for example, but I'm not sure how to make the filter option accept that or make the connection.

When I change a fields name, by actually editing the field itself and changing name, then going to the record forms the field is displayed on and updating the label of the field, for some reason, it doesn't seem to update on every other users form?

We've tried people to clear their cache or hard reset the webpage and it still doesn't seem to update. What am I missing here?

I've seen a similar question asked before on this issue around 4 year ago, and I only got about half of the answer.

This issue appears because the "bill to" field is being set as custom. However, for some reason, it appears my colleagues are selecting the existing address from a drop down (not selecting the "custom" option) and on save, it is manually assigning "custom" as the bill to address with all the same details as one of the existing drop down addresses? (Address that exists on the customer record).

Has anyone had this same issue and been able to resolve it?
