I need to upgrade my midfield, as of now I need to get one of them and I'll get another midfielder from The Worlds Game event.

Who's the better pick overall?

Late to post but got him on Day 1 of End of Season Rewards. The first time I packed something good for free from this event, I was about to get him using shards then randomly claimed the pack and got him. I know many people packed 119-120 but this card is actually really useful so I'm thankful for it. Exchanged for his UTOTS version immediately.
