New Tosa-style bunka (unknown maker), aogami core iron cladded and damascus kuouchi. The handle is made of maple and dyed maple burl. The knife is a limited edition made for a local knife shop where I live. It has a rough finish and a thick spine, which is very different from my other bunka (Kobayashi Migaki), but I absolutely love it! Can’t wait to jazz with it 😮💨
