Anyone has tips on changing a crystal?

I bought this watch second hand. The crystal had some deep scratches so I am looking to change it. However, I'm not sure how to go about it.

I found this Seiko on Ebay and thought I'd have a go at it.

It has a 5H23A quartz movement. It will run up to a minute before stopping.

The crown will adjust time and date just fine, but won't budge when pulled out to adjust minutes/hours.

Any ideas on what to do?
