I looked at my children's medical reports half a year ago and found an interesting conclusion from a psychiatrist. Diagnosis according to ICD-10 F06.9 "mental disorder caused by damage and dysfunction of the brain or septic disease, unspecified." (it didn't become much clearer, of course). I live in Russia and maybe it sounds different in other countries. So my question is, what does this disorder mean? I generally did not grow up as a very healthy child, I was constantly examined by a neurologist until the age of 17, and I was also diagnosed with a disease called "minimal brain dysfunction" (a diagnosis that is already outdated and existed only in the post- USSR space), I am studying to be a speech therapist, so I am a little bit familiar with this topic.
