Is this a mistake? I just realized i’m not getting more nominations and I havent gotten any new ones for at least 2 days I currently have 26 nominations either in queue or in voting

Hello! I’ve been trying to fill up an area with no pokestops and most of my submissions are getting rejected. I can see the reason for most of them in retrospect but not this one, is it worth appealing? I thought water fountains were great spots for pokestops.

The only reason I could think for the rejection is because it’s not very big, but It is still accesible to the public and a pretty and unique piece of decoration. What do you guys think should I appeal?
