Early-morning riders who train, what do you do about nutrition?
For those here who train/race and also do training rides early in the morning, what do you do about nutrition? Like if you're riding at 5 or 6 am, are you getting up even earlier to eat and digest first, or are you just sending it on an empty stomach and fueling on the bike, or what?
I've never been a morning person but for schedule reasons as my training volume increases I might have to be some days and I'm just wondering what the usual approach is here.
