So a team lead from a completely different department a crush on someone from my department and he has been removing her points. (mind you its a 8 year age gap a 26 year old trying to get with someone who just turned 18) what is the right thing to do here because they are both friends with my managers and don't know who i could comfortably tell without any backlash. any suggestions would be amazing
