Northern Ireland - we can no longer award you personal independence payment
My wife has been receiving this for a number of years due to disability.
We received the full forms for a review in April with a deadline early may. We then received a follow up letter extending the deadline to 14th may.
We completed all forms and some added evidence, I posted this and fortunately requested proof of postage on the morning of the 13th may.
Today we have received a letter telling us we have decided to end your pip payment on 9th may, the letter is dated 10th may.
I am a little confused why this has stopped given the extension. I still have the extension letter and the proof of postage.
Until this point we haven't had the need to contact the team so this is a bit annoying. Is it possible via email or just writing/calling only?
I'm guessing I should contact them rather than wait and hope they received the form and we are all good from our end?
