I’m hoping that someone may be able to offer some advice on how I should move forward. I upgraded my 7.2.7 server about a week ago to 7.3. Everything seemed to be fine. I received the recent notification about 7.3.1 and decided to upgrade the server to this recommended release. I tried to backup my flash drive using the recommended process. It seemed to hang for a while and then told me the backup failed.

I also tried backing it up using the “backup/restore appdata” plugin and it reports it’s unable to backup the flash drive.

I’m not sure how to move forward with this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
