Fajitas on the Searwood

Made ribs yesterday and wanted some more action. Put the cast iron on during the preheat, put the veggies on about 15 minutes before the chicken, 425 for all of it. Boneless skinless chicken thighs with pollo asado seasoning, 12 minute, flipped, 8 minutes and they were right at 170.

First Smoke on a Weber Searwood

First time smoker, rack of ribs using the MeatChurch Sweet Honey recipe. The thinner end was fall off the bone, the middle had a nice bite. Had a couple of hiccups getting it burnt in and ready this morning but really excited to keep learning with this rig!
