67 with oligometastatic PCA here. Years before discovery and treatment for PCA I had transitioned from viagra/cialis to trimix. Without trimix my erections were insufficient for penetration, let alone surviving the vaginal contractions of my wife’s orgasms. Prior to PCA the trimix produced great results. Now I’m 7 months into radiation/ADT. I recently found my pre ADT erectile/orgasmic capacity (such as it was) has returned in a slightly reduced capacity but I haven’t yet tried the trimix. If you were in a similar situation what has your outcomes been?
