19, International Student in the NL, looking for advice
Hey all, 19M, student from Croatia here looking for honest feedback on my current holdings and what I should be doing differently. I started investing around February by liquifying a third of my psychical gold. My monthly investments vary from 150€ to 450€.
Portfolio (~€24k total):
€6,500 — S&P 500 index (+10%)
€2,300 — EU Defence pie (-8%)
€13,000 — Physical gold
~€2,500 — Bitcoin (planning to sell and move into equities)
My plan is to hold the EU Defence pie atleast until 2029.
My questions:
Gold is 55% of my portfolio — too conservative for someone my age?
Planning to convert Bitcoin → equities. Good move? What would you put it in?
I'm having troubles with where to put the money every month, as it feels "wrong" to buy ETF's at all time highs, is that wrong?
Appreciate any thoughts, even blunt ones.
