Hi, my sleep is very sensible to noise disturbances,however i have a tight schedule wich means alarms are very important to me. My experience with many earplugs specially,is that the ones that permit me to still wake up to my alarms block little noise during my sleep. Any advice on this?

I saw people on the internet talking about their experiences in cuba and that pasteurized milk is only given to turists, is this true? I also saw people talking about how there is no commercial need for pasteurizarion seeing as most milk is local produce. Is all of this true?
