Hello fellow Redditors from Wardha,

My younger sister is going to join Evonith Steel as a GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee), and I wanted to learn more about the city and the workplace from people who are familiar with it.

How safe is Wardha for women, especially for someone who may be new to the city? Are there any precautions she should keep in mind while traveling locally or visiting places around Wardha?

Also, if anyone here works at Evonith Steel or has knowledge about the company, I would greatly appreciate insights into the work culture, employee experience, and overall environment there.
