Besides excercize, who else has seen signuficant blood pressure benefits from daily stretching , yoga, isometric.

60 years old. I go to the gym 3 days a week and mostly weight train. I work legs once a week but despite that my range of motion was significantly reduced over the years (modernity. Chairs, recliners, lots of sitting) . It was impossible to sit on the floor in a seiza position (butt touching heals) .
My bp had been around 138/88 with meds. I bought a yoga mat and started deep stretching/mobility excercizes particularly focusing on my extremely tight quads, knee mobility and hamstrings. On day 3 I took my bp 30 minutes after a routine and my bp was 120/77. Ive never had a pill work anywhere near that well. I know it's something I have to be very consistent with but it was like a Eureka moment for me.
