The platform is already gaining strong traction, with thousands of visits and growing engagement, as organisers actively share PR and updates to reach wider audiences.
t this stage, I’m looking for ideas, partnerships, and guidance on how to further monetise and grow the platform in a sustainable way. We’ve already introduced a feature where organisers can claim and manage their festival pages for a small fee, but uptake has been limited since moving away from the original free model. I’m now exploring new revenue opportunities, engagement strategies, and ways to create more value for organisers while continuing to grow the audience and community around FabFestivals.
