I started using zinc l carnosine today and I ma starting feeling less urgency right away;
Just yesterday I had the urge to go to the bathroom just after eating something.
I would like to understand if this is a coincidence.
Have you tried zinc l carnosine during a flare and, if yes, which is your experience.

At the beginning of May I had a sigmoidoscopy showing that Tremfya is doing his job and major ulcers went away, even though the mucosa is still fragile.
A few days later I ate fatty minced lamb meat wich triggered bleeding which increased till today.
I don`t know what to do to stop this since it is really unfortunate
Why I bought that horrible minced meat, it was so fatty that one could see the white stuff depositing at the bottom of the plate
