Recommendations for Books or resources for studying
Hi everyone! I’m a BSc Physiotherapy student studying in eastern europe, and i am finishing my 4th semester. Since i am incoming 3rd year, the subjects are much more specialized. I have heard from my friends in the upper semesters that my professors don’t teach well or don’t take the exams that seriously, so you can barely pass without knowing much.
I am very bothered by this as i want to be a good physiotherapist and have atleast adequate knowledge on the specialized subjects which are:
Traumatology
Pulmonology
Rheumatology
Orthopedics
Radiology
physiotherapy in Cardiorespiratory diseases
Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation
Clinical reasoning and decision-making
I was wondering if anyone could suggest books that could help solidify my knowledge in these subjects? Or if you’re a student yourself and have some powerpoint slides/notes that could help and you are willing to share it, i would highly appreciate it
I know most things we learn in practical placements in the clinic, but i would just like to solidify my knowledge on the theory as well.
