Exprience with the pill in Japan
Hi, I am a female, 34 years old who started the pill one month ago here in Japan for the first time. Im using a combined pill with estrogen and progesterone. Ever since I started using it I feel terrible, I have nausea, I feel dizzy, I keep bleeding non-stop and my digestion is not going on well. I asked the doctor and she told me this is normal because my body is adjusting but at this point I'm wondering if its just the hormonal dose that is not suitable for my foreign body. I asked for other options but they insist I must continue at least 2 more months, they recommended me an IUD as well, or progesterone treatment (because I want to have less pain and bleeding, but then ill loose the contraceptive aspect of the treatment), but it seems all of these will cause bleeding in between periods and I just want to stop bleeding and have a normal cycle.
Is there anyone here having this same issue? any clinics you would recommend or other pills?
I just feel the options here are so limited compared to my country, I never had this ugly symptoms before when I used the pill. The one im taking its called DroEthi Combination Tablets.
