Hey I’m recovering from an Achilles tear in my left foot ( wk 12 ) but now I fear that I’ve tore my right Achilles, I felt a slight pop and the tendon is very thin… I’m able to push off and walk on it but I get tingling feelings occasionally

I’ve been out of my walking boot for a week but I have a limp is that normal and how long does it last ?
I start PT next week also
